If you’re interested in Militia Fitness, we offer a Complimentary Introduction Workout. It’s great because it allows you to check out our facility, see how our program works, workout with a Coach one on one, and ask any questions you may have. One of our Coaches will go over your current fitness level and goals. Don’t worry if you are brand new, older, or have any prior injuries. Our Coaches are experienced in training all demographics. Militia Fitness is for everyone! If you would like to schedule an Intro, please select a date below, and fill in the data fields (make sure to enter location and time of day). You will then receive a follow up email with exact times available. When you come in just wear workout clothes, bring water and get ready for some fun!
